How much call volume can you handle?

In how many languages do you provide call centre services?

Our default language is UK English. However, you can select US English as well for features such as voice-to-text and call sentiment analysis.

How do you ensure that my data is secure?

Data security is one of our top priorities. All your information, including credit card details, login IDs and passwords, and other confidential data is stored securely with firewalls and encryptions. Our employees sign a non-disclosure agreement and any violations are severely dealt with. You can be assured of your business’ safety with us.

How are lost calls handled when the phone lines are busy?

All incoming calls are transferred to voicemail during non-service hours or when the phone lines are busy. Our agents are notified right away so they can get back to clients, leaving no caller unattended.

Is there any set-up fee?

Not at all. Our installation and onboarding are totally free. You only pay for your number, minutes and extra features. So, in case you’re sharing minutes or opting for a dialler, you’ll incur extension and dialler charges respectively.
