Step 1

Signing in to Acefone

Log in to your Acefone account
Click on the Services tab on the side navigation bar
Click on Integrations
Enable Zendesk by clicking on the toggle button
Click on Instructions

Step 2

Configuring Acefone with Zendesk

Select the user from the dropdown menu
Fill in the required details (API token, Zendesk domain, Zendesk email, company name, subdomain)
Save and Submit

Step 3

Authenticate Acefone Chrome Extension

Download the Acefone App from the Zendesk Marketplace or Acefone Zendesk from Chrome Web Store as per your preference
Log in to your Zendesk CRM after completing Step 1
