Steps to Integrate with Freshworks

STEP 1

Signing Into Acefone

  • Log in to your Acefone account
  • Select Integrations under the Services tab
  • Activate the Freshworks integration with Acefone by clicking the Enable button

STEP 2

Set up the API

  • A dialogue box will prompt you to enter Freshworks Domain and Freshworks API Token will pop up
  • Enter your Freshworks account Domain, that is your Freshworks account’s URL
  • The API token can be fetched from your Freshworks account by clicking on Profile Settings under your profile icon
  • Click on Settings
  • Click on API Settings and confirm the captcha by ticking the checkbox
  • Copy the API key and paste it into the Acefone portal

STEP 3

Authorize Acefone

  • Once the integration is successful, you will get the following pop up:
  • An Acefone icon gets attached to your Freshworks interface, log in to get started
  • Click on the icon to start making calls from Freshworks using Acefone
