Steps to Integrate
with Zendesk
Step 1
Signing in to Acefone
- Log in to your Acefone account
- Click on the Services tab on the side navigation bar
- Click on Integrations
- Enable Zendesk by clicking on the toggle button
- Click on Instructions


Step 2
Configuring Acefone with Zendesk
- Select the user from the dropdown menu
- Fill in the required details (API token, Zendesk domain, Zendesk email, company name, subdomain)
- Save and Submit


Step 3
Authenticate Acefone Chrome Extension
- Download the Acefone App from the Zendesk Marketplace or Acefone Zendesk from Chrome Web Store as per your preference
- Log in to your Zendesk CRM after completing Step 1
