Steps to Integrate
with Zendesk

Step 1

Signing in to Acefone

  • Log in to your Acefone account
  • Click on the Services tab on the side navigation bar
  • Click on Integrations
  • Enable Zendesk by clicking on the toggle button
  • Click on Instructions

Step 2

Configuring Acefone with Zendesk

  • Select the user from the dropdown menu
  • Fill in the required details (API token, Zendesk domain, Zendesk email, company name, subdomain)
  • Save and Submit

Step 3

Authenticate Acefone Chrome Extension

  • Download the Acefone App from the Zendesk Marketplace or Acefone Zendesk from Chrome Web Store as per your preference
  • Log in to your Zendesk CRM after completing Step 1
