What happens if my network connectivity goes down?
We offer 99.99% uptime which equals less than 52.6 minutes of downtime per year. Several data centres—with backup servers—help maintain this high degree of availability. There is a very little probability that your network will go down, and even if it does, our backup servers will keep you up and running.
Does a cloud-based system cost more than a standard PBX system?
Not at all. If your PBX uses landlines, you have to pay regular phone company rates. But with the cloud, calling rates tend to be much lower. The set-up cost is next to nothing as you need no physical infrastructure. All you need to do is pay for the plan and we’ll set everything up using devices of your choices.
