Steps to Integrate with Pipedrive

STEP 1

Signing Into Acefone

  • Log in to your Acefone account
  • Click on the Services tab on the side navigation bar
  • Click on Integrations
  • Enable the Pipedrive CRM integration by clicking the toggle button
  • Click on Instructions
  • Once the window opens, click Enable on the top-right corner of the screen
  • Select the user from the dropdown menu and click on Save

  • Click on Download on the left navigation panel to get Acefone softphone
  • Select the platform that you wish to install the softphone on
  • Install the softphone and log in with your Acefone credentials

Authorizing chrome extension

  • Log in to your Pipedrive account and add the Acefone application from the marketplace
  • Log in to Acefone with your user credentials
  • Select the Click Here button
  • Add the Acefone extension for Pipedrive to Google Chrome
  • Log in with your user credentials again to make the calls directly from your CRM
