with Pipedrive

Step 1

Signing in to Acefone

Log in to your Acefone account
Click on the Services tab on the side navigation bar
Click on Integrations
Enable the Pipedrive CRM integration by clicking the toggle button
Click on Instructions
Once the window opens, click Enable on the top-right corner of the screen
Select the user from the dropdown menu and click on Save

Step 2

Setting up the softphone

Click on Download on the left navigation panel to get Acefone softphone
Select the platform that you wish to install the softphone on
Install the softphone and log in with your Acefone credentials

Step 3

Authorising Acefone Chrome Extension

Log in to your Pipedrive account and add the Acefone application from the marketplace
Log in to Acefone with your user credentials
Select the Click Here button
Add the Acefone extension for Pipedrive to Google Chrome
Log in with your user credentials again to make the calls directly from your CRM
