Steps to Integrate with Pipedrive
STEP 1
Signing Into Acefone
- Log in to your Acefone account
- Click on the Services tab on the side navigation bar
- Click on Integrations
- Enable the Pipedrive CRM integration by clicking the toggle button
- Click on Instructions
- Once the window opens, click Enable on the top-right corner of the screen
- Select the user from the dropdown menu and click on Save
STEP 2
Setting up the softphone
- Click on Download on the left navigation panel to get Acefone softphone
- Select the platform that you wish to install the softphone on
- Install the softphone and log in with your Acefone credentials
STEP 3
Authorizing chrome extension
- Log in to your Pipedrive account and add the Acefone application from the marketplace
- Log in to Acefone with your user credentials
- Select the Click Here button
- Add the Acefone extension for Pipedrive to Google Chrome
- Log in with your user credentials again to make the calls directly from your CRM
