How many characters can I include in my text message?

You can send texts consisting of up to 153 characters with our cloud phones.

How do you protect my SMS information?

With secure connections and end-to-end encryption, our SMS APIs protect your critical data at all times. Your account is also protected with two-factor authentication and Bcrypt hashed passwords. Moreover, you can also define access roles to make sure only authorised personnel can view sensitive information.

Are there any restrictions on the messages we can send?

You cannot send spam texts or conduct illegal activities via our SMS services. We also ensure that you follow regulatory timings while sending promotional messages.

Can I receive messages from my clients as well?

Yes, incoming texts can be received on any SMS-enabled mobile number.
